Ohana Growth Partners Acquires 10 Michigan Clubs from JP Fitness

The Timonium, Md.-based company acquired 10 Michigan clubs from franchise group JP Fitness and one location in Rice Lake, WI, that is expected to open by the end of the year.

With this purchase, OGP now owns and operates 94 Planet Fitness clubs in Maryland, District of Columbia, Tennessee, Florida, Washington State, California and Michigan. The franchise group expects to open six additional locations by the end of the year.
